Returns and exchanges
We care about the quality of our products and want every purchase to meet your expectations. If a product does not suit your needs, it may be returned or exchanged in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection laws.
Products eligible for return or exchange
You may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receipt, provided that it has not been used and retains its original appearance, packaging, labels, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Products not eligible for return
According to Ukrainian legislation, opened pet food, treats, veterinary products, vitamins, hygiene products, and certain other items are not eligible for return or exchange once their original packaging has been opened.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you with a replacement, return, or refund in accordance with applicable laws.
